Pepper Brew began as a passion project in the island of Jamaica, inspired by the vibrant flavors of Caribbean cooking and a love for bringing people together through food. Over 20 years ago, we proudly brought that passion to Canada, where we have been operating ever since as a proudly Canadian brand committed to the highest quality in everything we make.

At the heart of Pepper Brew is founder Elizabeth, who originally set out to create a sauce her husband — someone who didn't even enjoy hot sauce — could actually love. What started as a simple kitchen experiment made with care and intention quickly turned into something much bigger, as friends, family, and customers fell in love with the flavor. That passion and love is still at the core of every bottle we produce today.
